1. Not having correct songs was a reflection on me, when you are a large company and have to organize music for 25+ Djs every weekend mistakes can happen, someone else got the music ready and I couldn’t control if there were errors.
I can personally ensure the music you select is going to be accurate, you get 1 on 1 communication with your DJ right away and will have the opportunity to verify songs are the correct versions directly with me!
2. Old gear prone to issues was a reflection on me, providing speakers, lights, and mixers for 25+ Djs is expensive. The policy of “good enough” is in full effect. It was frustrating using gear that lacked features and would consistently have issues during performance.
